Sugar von Sonne is a delightful 12 month old sable Shepherd mix. This happy girl with a spring in her step puts a smile on everyone's face as her tail just does not stop wagging. Sugar walks well on the leash and is very eager to go wherever you might take her, jogging around the park, splashing at the beach or tackling a challenging hike. She loves to play and is learning to fetch, but she also loves connecting with her person. She knows her sit and, although Sugar loves treats, she takes them gently and with patience. She happily meets everyone -- adults, children and other dogs. In playgroups Sugar gets along with most dogs and is quite social, engaging in play with just about any willing pup. Sugar is looking for a home where every member of the family -- grown-ups, kids and canines -- believes that any time is a good time for some play and learning time.
